Registration

Dear colleagues,

There is no pre-registration for Bantu5. You can register in Paris during or right before the conference. If possible, please register on June 12^th, the day of the pre-conference workshops. Note that everybody is welcome to attend the workshops. The registration fee is 70€. It is waived for participating students and for members of the scientific committee. If you will only attend the workshops, you do not have to register.

Participants who pay the conference fee should register with Miss Marie-José Guittard, on the third floor of the conference building (office 3.52) during office hours, i.e. from 9 to 12am and from 1 to 4 pm. Payments can be made cash or by credit card (Visa or Master Card, not AmEx). All other participants can register during the workshop and conference hours at the welcome desk opposite the Auditorium where the plenary sessions will take place.

During registration, you will be asked to choose a menu for the conference dinner for you and anybody you wish to invite (free for participants, for guests the price is 50€). We have to send your choices to the restaurant on Thursday evening, so please contact us by e-mail if you will arrive later. The menu options can be found here.

If you present a poster, please drop it off no later than Thursday afternoon at the welcome desk. If you want to use a PowerPoint presentation during your five minute plenary, do not forget to send it in via e-mail before June 10^th. You can also distribute a handout during the poster session.
